   Many Nigerians know you as a tax administrator but you also do social work for women and other vulnerable people. Why are you everywhere?

   I do a lot of things, maybe too many. My focus is a better society; even my involvement in tax is to raise revenue for development, not raise revenue in isolation because if you put all the money government has into developing Nigeria, you will see that it is not going to be enough. So, I happen to have the skill for that but it’s not like it’s just a tax thing; it’s revenue for development. Anything that imparts development is an interest (to me). Women have been an interest for a while. Funnily enough, I never thought of myself as a woman. I grew up with boys, so I was a tomboy and it was just work, work and work. I had a mother who did not define me or force me to do things, even cooking. She said I could learn when I was older. She encouraged me to read.

   So, that interest in women started long ago because when people complain about gender inequality in families, I tell myself that my father was not like that. So, that has been latent and
