    Jacques deLisle, ICASFellow, is a professor of law and a member of the faculty of the Center for East Asian Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. He teaches courses on Chinese Law, Comparative East Asian Law, Public International Law, the Government and Politics of China, Law and Economic Reform in Contemporary China, China and International Law, Constitutional Separation of Powers Law, and Torts.

    Jacques Delisle was a reputable judge, one of Quebec’s finest throughout the decades leading up to a certain tragedy.
